Authentication with Troi is not possible

To use the Troi integration, the API must be enabled in Troi for each user. It's also possible that SSO is activated and you need a token to authenticate.

First, you can check if the API in Troi is accessible:

1. Log in to Troi.

2. Click on the menu icon.

3. Go to Employees > Users.

4. Click on the username to open the settings for that user.

5. Select the "Program" tab and set the API settings to “Write access.”

6. Save the changes in Troi and try authenticating again in Memtime.

If that’s not the issue, you can also try using a token instead of your password.

If SSO is enabled for your account, you may need to generate a token for authentication. Here’s how:

1. Click on the menu icon.

2. Select "Security Center" settings.

3. Copy the personal token listed there. If the field is empty, click "Renew."

4. Try authenticating again in Memtime, using this token instead of your password.

These settings need to be enabled for every user who wants to use the Troi integration in Memtime.

Once this setup is complete, the integration with Troi should work without any issues.
