Managing Users in your Memtime account

You can invite new users to your account and manage their Memtime licenses and user rights from your customer portal.


1. Log in to your customer portal here Then you can navigate to the Licenses & Users tab. 

You can invite new users using the invite button. The new users can be Admins, Memtime Users or both.

Each individual user will require Admins who can invite or change the rights of other users. You can activate the user status of an admin, so they can use Memtime. Admins only require a license if their user status is activated.
