You can change your Memtime account password at any time whenever you need to.
Before you begin, please note that password changes are individual for each user. If you share a Memtime account with others, updating your password will not affect their access.
If you’ve forgotten the password to your Memtime account, or simply want to update it for security reasons, you can reset it anytime by following these steps:

Try to log in, either from the app or the Customer Portal. When you enter your email address associated with your Memtime account, you’ll see a “Forgot Password” button.

Click “Forgot Password.” This will open a new page asking you again for the email address linked to your Memtime account.

After entering your email, you’ll receive an email from us with a button to update your password.

Enter your new password twice, save it, and you’ll be able to use it right away to access your Memtime account.
Your login credentials (email and password) are the same for both the Memtime app and the Customer Portal. This means that once you reset your password, it will apply to both.
