Before you begin, please note that **password changes are individual for each user**. If you share a Memtime account with others, updating your password will not affect their access.   If you’ve forgotten the password to your Memtime account, or simply want to update it for security reasons, you can reset it anytime by following these steps: 1. Try to log in, either from the app or the **[Customer Portal](https://portal.memtime.com/login)**.
