[Telephone Integrations](https://knowledgebase.memtime.com/en/integrations?hsLang=en#telephone-integrations) # How to Connect RingCentral to Memtime ## You can connect Memtime to RingCentral and say goodbye to manually time-tracking your calls. **Availability:** This integration is included only in the following subscription plans: - *Memtime Premium* Users on other plans need to 🔗 [upgrade their subscription](https://knowledgebase.memtime.com/en/how-can-i-change-my-subscription?hsLang=en) to gain access to it. ### Step 1: Install RingCentral as a Connected App 1\. Open the Memtime app. 2\. The Memtime Marketplace website will open in your browser. You can enter RingCentral in the search bar or browse for another Connected App you would like to try. Go back to the Memtime app. Then click on the following: *Menu icon (☰)  →  **Connected Apps → Refresh Installed Connected Apps*** ![](https://knowledgebase.memtime.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Feb-12-2026-04-14-39-8842-PM.png?width=520&height=172&name=image-png-Feb-12-2026-04-14-39-8842-PM.png) This will make sure the newly installed RingCentral in the list of Connected Apps. ### Step 2: Authenticate RingCentral 1\. In Memtime, select RingCentral from the list of Connected Apps and click on ***Authenticate***. A browser window will open. Select RingCentral in the Connected Apps menu to open the settings. Go to the Time Tracking tab in Memtime. This integration lets you create time entries directly from your calls.
