How to Connect RingCentral to Memtime

Step 1: Install RingCentral as a Connected App

1. Open the Memtime app.

2. Click on the following:

Menu icon (☰)  →  Connected Apps

3. If the RingCentral is not listed in the list of your Connected Apps, you can click on the button Find More Connected Apps.

4. The Memtime Marketplace website will open in your browser.

You can enter RingCentral in the search bar or browse for another Connected App you would like to try.

Once you find RingCentral, click on Install.

5. Go back to the Memtime app. Then click on the following:

Menu icon (☰)  →  Connected Apps → Refresh Installed Connected Apps

This will make sure the newly installed RingCentral in the list of Connected Apps.

Step 2: Authenticate RingCentral

1. In Memtime, select RingCentral from the list of Connected Apps and click on Authenticate.

Alternatively, you may be prompted to authenticate automatically.




2. A browser window will open. Enter your login details to sign in to your RingCentral account.

3. After the authentication is completed, click on Refresh Installed Connected Apps to make sure RingCentral is shown as authenticated.




4. Select RingCentral in the Connected Apps menu to open the settings.

You can adjust the settings according to your preferences.

Step 3: Create Time Entries in Memtime from RingCentral Calls

1. Go to the Time Tracking tab in Memtime. You will now see your RingCentral calls displayed in the Calls column.






2. This integration lets you create time entries directly from your calls. Simply hover over a call and click the plus button + to add a time entry.
