How to delete my trial account

If you created a free test account and no longer need it, you can delete it directly from the Customer Portal.

Follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Customer Portal.

  2. Make sure you are on the Dashboard tab.

  3. Click the Delete account button, and confirm the choice.

Important notes:

  • This option is only available in the Customer Portal for free test accounts.
  • Once a test account is deleted, the same email address cannot be used to create a new test account.
