How to delete my account
If you created a free test account and no longer need it, you can delete it directly from the Customer Portal.
Follow these steps:

Go to the Customer Portal.

Make sure you are on the Dashboard tab.

Click the Delete account button, and confirm the choice.

Important notes:
- This option is only available in the Customer Portal for free test accounts.
- Once a test account is deleted, the same email address cannot be used to create a new test account. If you'd like to create a new test account with the same email address, please contact support@memtime.com.
- To delete your Memtime active subscription account, please send a deletion request to support@memtime.com.
- When your account is deleted, all stored data is permanently removed, except for invoices, billing records, and any data we are legally required to retain (e.g. for tax or accounting purposes); details can be found at https://www.memtime.com/security
