How to Export Time Entries from Memtime to Memtime Projects
Exporting your time entries from Memtime to Memtime Projects is very simple. Follow these steps to ensure your entries are correctly exported and tracked.
Before exporting time entries, make sure your Memtime account is connected to Memtime Projects. Open Memtime, go to the Menu > Connected Apps, and check that Memtime Projects appears in the list.
If you don’t have admin rights, you’ll see only the elements assigned to you in the Project Management tab. This means you can only assign time to those elements.

Create Time Entries in Memtime
To export time to Memtime Projects, you first need to create time entries:

Go to the Time Tracking tab in Memtime.

Create a new time entry and assign it to the relevant element.

Confirm Successful Export
Once a time entry is saved, within seconds (sometimes in less than a second), a small checkmark (✓) will appear next to the element to which the entry was assigned.

This checkmark indicates that the time entry has been successfully exported to Memtime Projects.

The entry will now appear in Time Tracking and will also be included in the total time for that element in Work Management, in Memtime Projects.

Time Entry Details
In the Time Tracking section in Memtime Projects, you can view the following details for each exported entry:

The user who created the entry

The element it was assigned to

Duration of the entry
-
Start and end time
-
Date
-
Activity type, if assigned
-
Billable status (whether the entry is billable or not)

Comments entered in Memtime
-
Status of the element


This allows you to keep a complete and transparent record of time spent on each project element.
