How to Reactivate Your Subscription

You can reactivate your Memtime subscription at any time.

Whether and how you can reactivate depends on your subscription status:

  • Non-Renewing: Your subscription will be in this status if you requested cancellation before the end of your current billing period. In this case, you can continue using the app and accessing your data until the next scheduled renewal date.

  • Fully Cancelled: If your subscription has already been fully cancelled, a slightly different process applies.

Steps to Reactivate

  1. Log in to the Customer Portal and go to Subscription.

  2. If your subscription is non-renewing, you’ll see an option called “Cancel termination” Click it, and your subscription will be automatically reactivated.

  3. If your subscription is fully cancelled, go to Customer Portal > Subscription, and you’ll see an option to “Reactivate Subscription.”

    •  A popup will appear, allowing you to select the plan and duration for your reactivation.

Important: Reactivating a subscription will restore all the licenses you had when your subscription was active. The system will not ask you to adjust the number of licenses during reactivation.
