How to resend invitations to new users

When you invite a new user to your Memtime account, they will receive an email at the address you entered. However, invitations expire after a few days if they are not accepted. In those cases, the user may see a message indicating that the invitation is no longer valid.

How to resend an invitation

If this happens, as an account admin you can resend the invitation by following these steps:

  1. Go to your Customer Portal
  2. Navigate to User Management
  3. Find the user you want to resend the invitation to
  4. Click the Resend button

Once you do this, the user will receive a new invitation email, which they need to accept in order to join your Memtime account.

Please click the Resend button only once. If you click multiple times, several invitations will be sent and may invalidate each other, which can create confusion for the user.
