# How to resend invitations to new users?

If you need a reminder on how to invite new users, you can check [**our article on invitations**](https://knowledgebase.memtime.com/en/how-to-invite-new-users?hsLang=en).

When you invite a new user to your Memtime account, they will receive an email at the address you entered. However, invitations expire after a few days if they are not accepted. In those cases, the user may see a message indicating that the invitation is no longer valid.

### How to resend an invitation

If this happens, as an account admin you can resend the invitation by following these steps:

1. Go to your [**Customer Portal**](http://portal.memtime.com)
2. Navigate to **User Management**
3. Find the user you want to resend the invitation to
4. Click the **Resend** button

Once you do this, the user will receive a new invitation email, which they need to accept in order to join your Memtime account.

Please click the **Resend** button only once. If you click multiple times, several invitations will be sent and may invalidate each other, which can create confusion for the user.
