[📉 Reports & Statistics](https://knowledgebase.memtime.com/en/reports-statistics?hsLang=en) # Memory Aid Report ## Export Your Captured Activities with the new Memory Aid Reports #### Starting from Memtime version **4.5.0**, you can now directly export the activities captured in your Memory Aid without needing to convert them into time entries.   This feature is ideal for **users working across multiple devices** who want to consolidate their captured activities, as well as for **anyone who wishes to export them directly**. ### How to Generate a Memory Aid Report: #### From the Timeline or List View (Day View) 1. You can customize your report with the following options: - **Name of the report generator** (optional). - **Include or exclude letters in cells** containing time-related data of your captured activities and calendar events. - **Zoom level** to adjust the detail of the activities shown in the report. - **Include or exclude calendar events** along with captured activities. - **Export format**, choosing between Excel, CSV, or PDF. #### From the Week View 1. In the pop-up window, you can configure the same options as in the daily view. #### From the "Reporting" Tab If you need a report covering a period longer than a day or a week: 1. Go to the **"Reporting"** tab. 2. Customize the export options as in the previous cases.   Regardless of the method you choose, the report will include: - Captured **activities**. - Calendar **events** (depending on your selection). - Data adjusted according to the selected zoom level. #### With this new feature, exporting your captured activities is easier and more flexible than ever.
