If a service is missing in Memtime, it’s usually because of the Tracking Type setting in Productive.
Step 1: Find the Tracking Type for the missing service

Open a project in Productive that includes the service you are looking for.

Go to the Budgets tab.

Click on the service type you want to check.

On the right side, click the Settings icon (⚙️) for that service.

Look for the Tracking Type setting.
Step 2: Adjust the Tracking Type if needed
There are 3 types of Tracking settings. Here's what they mean and how to fix them:
1. No restriction
This is the easiest setup. All services should appear in Memtime automatically.
To ensure your services are really configured this way, access one of them, as explained in the previous step of the article, and set its Tracking Type setting to No Restriction.
2. Restricted by Person
The service must be assigned to the user in Productive. If it’s not assigned, it won’t show in Memtime.
- What to do:
- Click on your Profile icon in Productive, and select Settings.
- Search for Service Type settings.

Add the missing user(s) to the service by clicking on the list of assigned users.
3. Restricted by Service Type
The user must be added to the list of users for that Service Type in Productive.
If not, the service won’t be shown in Memtime.

What to do:
- Click on your Profile icon in Productive, and select Settings.
- Search for Service Type settings.

Make sure your user is listed there.
