[Integrations](https://knowledgebase.memtime.com/en/%EF%B8%8F-troubleshooting?hsLang=en#integrations) # Service from Productive is missing in Memtime ## If a service is missing in Memtime, it’s usually because of the Tracking Type setting in Productive. ### Step 1: Find the Tracking Type for the missing service 1. Open a **project** in Productive that includes the service you are looking for. 2. Go to the **Budgets** tab. 3. Click on the **service type** you want to check. 4. On the right side, click the **Settings icon** (⚙️) for that service. 5. Here's what they mean and how to fix them: #### 1. No restriction This is the easiest setup. All services should appear in Memtime automatically. Restricted by Person The service must be assigned to the user in Productive. If it’s not assigned, it won’t show in Memtime. - **What to do:** 1. Click on your Profile icon in Productive, and select **Settings**. 2. Search for **Service Type** settings.  3. Restricted by Service Type The user must be added to the list of users for that Service Type in Productive. If not, the service won’t be shown in Memtime. - **What to do:** 1. Click on your Profile icon in Productive, and select **Settings**. 2. Search for **Service Type** settings.   3.
