My iPhone Calls Are Not Visible in Memtime
If your iPhone calls are not appearing in Memtime, please follow the steps below.
Note that a Premium Memtime subscription is required to sync call history, and the connection process can only be configured on macOS computers. Additionally, you must be logged in with the same iCloud account on both your Mac and iPhone.
Step 1: Make Sure macOS Privacy & Security Permissions Are Enabled
If, after connecting the iPhone & Mac Call History integration, you see Full Disk Access denied in the integration settings, you need to enable it:
-
Go to Connected Apps > iPhone, and click Request Permission.
-
This will open System Preferences, directing you to Full Disk Access.
-
Scroll to the bottom of the window and click the + button to add Memtime.
-
Locate Memtime in your Applications list and add it.
-
Once Memtime is added to the list of applications with Full Disk Access, restart the Memtime app (if not prompted automatically) to apply the changes.
Step 2: Check Device Settings
If calls still don’t appear, verify the following settings on both your iPhone and Mac:
1. Enable iCloud for Phone & FaceTime
-
On iPhone:
Settings > Your Name > iCloud > See All
→ Make sure Phone & FaceTime are turned on. -
On Mac:
Apple menu () > System Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > See All
→ Make sure FaceTime is enabled.
2. Allow Calls on Other Devices
-
On iPhone:
Settings > Phone > Calls on Other Devices
→ Turn on Allow Calls on Other Devices and make sure your Mac is enabled in the list. -
On Mac:
Open FaceTime > Settings (or Preferences) > General → Check Calls from iPhone.
Once all these options are enabled, your iPhone calls should start importing to Memtime.
If all settings are correct and calls still don’t appear, please reach out to support@memtime.com for assistance.
