      How can I change my subscription?

      You can change your Memtime subscription at any time in your customer portal on our webpage

      To change your Memtime subscription do the following:

      1. Go to our website Memtime.com.
      2. Log in to your customer portal.
      3. Navigate to the subscription tab in the menu on the left. 
      4. Click on "Change Subscription".
      5. A window will pop up where you can select what Memtime package and length your subscription will change to. 

      If you upgrade your subscription you may be billed additional costs, depending on the upgrade.
      If you downgrade your subscription you will get credits towards your next billing.
