You can change your Memtime subscription at any time in your Customer Portal on our webpage
In the Subscription tab of the Customer Portal, you can find out everything you need about your subscription. Here, you can edit your billing and payment information, as well as your subscription.
To change your subscription:
- Go to our website, Memtime.com.
- Log into your Customer Portal.
- Navigate to the Subscription tab in the menu on the left.
- Click on "Change Subscription".
- A window will pop up where you can select what Memtime package and length your subscription will change to.
These amounts are examples of a test subscription. You do not necessarily have to see the same ones.
If you upgrade your subscription, you may be billed additional costs, depending on the upgrade.
If you downgrade your subscription, you will get credits towards your next billing.
