How to manage multiple ERPs in Memtime

If you have multiple ERPs connected, you might want to set one as favorite, enable or disable it

Starting with Memtime's Connect plan, you are allowed to connect multiple ERPs. 


However, it is likely that you will not use them all with the same frequency. Therefore, you can tag one of them as a favorite so that it appears as your default ERP when you create time entries. This will speed up the process, since you won't have to select a specific Connected App. 


To tag one of your ERPs as a favorite, you will need to click on the Project Management tab, select the Connected App in question, and then click on “Settings”:

There, you will see a star next to the Connected App name. 

If you click on it, you will have marked it as a favorite. 

 

As soon as a Connected App is tagged as a favorite, it will be the preselected option when creating Time Entries. 

 

How to enable or disable an ERP

 

On the other hand, you also have the option to enable or disable the ERPs you have already downloaded. 
If you disable a Connected App, it will be grayed out, and you will not be able to see its entities, nor will you be able to assign time entries to them. 

 

To disable an ERP, you must access the Project Management tab > ERP > Settings > Disable.

On the contrary, if you want to re-enable it, you will have to follow the same process until you can click on the “Enable” button.
