How to remove a user from the Customer Portal

Easily manage your licenses from the Customer Portal

To remove a user from your Memtime account, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Customer Portal.

  2. Navigate to the User Management section.

  3. Find the user you want to remove and click the trash bin icon on the far right of their row.

  4. Confirm the action in the pop-up window.

Please note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone. The removed user will no longer have access to Memtime and will no longer count toward your active licenses.

 

Important: Removing a user does not change the number of licenses in your subscription. As a result, one license will remain unassigned, and you’ll be able to reuse it later.
