Enable Beta Releases in Memtime
This article explains how to enable beta releases in Memtime and which beta update options become available afterward.
This setting can only be activated by a Memtime admin and applies to all users in the account, including non-admin users.
Overview
After enabling beta releases, users in your account can choose whether they want to:
- Use public beta releases for Connected Apps
- Enable beta updates for the Memtime Tracking Core
Step 1: Open the Customer Portal
Log in to the Customer Portal.
Step 2: Open App Configuration
Navigate to the App Configuration section.
Step 3: Enable Beta Releases
- Enable the option:
Users are allowed to install public beta releases

- Save the changes.
This setting applies to the entire account and will enable all users to see additional beta options within the Memtime app.
Step 4: Restart the Memtime App
To ensure the setting is applied correctly, all users must restart the Memtime app once.
This ensures the new setting is reflected in both the Customer Portal and the Memtime app.
