My time entries in Memtime don't match those in Toggl Track

This article explains what to do if the time entries you have created in Memtime using the Toggl Track Integration do not match the ones you see in Toggl Track

Once you have connected Toggl Track and authenticated your account in Memtime, your Toggl Track entities will appear in Memtime. You can then assign your tracked hours to them by creating time entries.

When a time entry has been successfully exported to Toggl Track, a small checkmark will appear next to the name of the task or project it was assigned to. This lets you easily see which time entries have already been exported.

However, you may encounter a situation where, even though all time entries appear to have been successfully exported, the total working time shown in Memtime does not match the total time recorded in Toggl Track.

This discrepancy is caused by a setting in Toggl Track that automatically rounds the duration of generated time entries up, down, or to the nearest value. This also applies to time entries created in Memtime.

If this setting is enabled, some time entries may either not appear in Toggl Track at all or may appear with a different duration. As a result, the total working time shown in Toggl Track may not match the total time recorded in Memtime.

If you want to disable or change the rounding option in Toggl Track, you can do so by navigating to:

Analyze  →  Reports  →  Summary  →  Rounding:

We suggest that you disable this setting if you would prefer all your time entries match in both applications.
