How to Update Payment and Billing Information

In the Subscription tab of the Customer Portal, you can view and manage your subscription details, including payment and billing information.

Settings for payment information, and billing address can be found in the same section of the Customer Portal → Subscription.

To Change Your Payment Information:

1. Go to Memtime.com and log into the Customer Portal.
2. Navigate to the Subscription tab in the left menu.
3. Click on Edit payment information.
4. A window will pop up, allowing you to enter new payment information.
   
   
   

To Change Your Billing Address:

1. Go to Memtime.com and log into your Customer Portal.
2. Navigate to the Subscription tab in the left menu.
3. Click on Edit billing address.
4. A window will pop up, allowing you to update your billing address and other details, such as the billing name or email.
