How can I edit my payment and billing information

You can change your payment and billing information at any time in your customer portal on our webpage

To change your payment information do the following:

1. Go to our website Memtime.com.
2. Log in to your customer portal.
3. Navigate to the subscription tab in the menu on the left. 
4. Click on "Edit Payment Information" to change payment information or  "Edit Billing Address" to change your billing address.
