How to update your payment method and billing details

In the Subscription tab of the Customer Portal, you can view and manage your subscription details, including payment and billing information.

The settings for your payment details and billing address can be found under:

Customer Portal → Subscription → Edit Subscription Details


To change your payment method:

  1. Log in to the Customer Portal.

  2. Navigate to the Subscription tab in the left menu.

  3. Click on Edit Subscription Details.

  4. A window will open where you can choose which information you would like to edit:
    • Account Information

    • Billing & Shipping Addresses

    • Payment Methods

Click on Payment Methods to update your credit card details.

To change your billing address:

  1. Log in to the Customer Portal.

  2. Navigate to the Subscription tab in the left menu.

  3. Click on Edit Subscription Details.

  4. A window will open where you can choose which information you would like to edit:
    • Account Information

    • Billing & Shipping Addresses

    • Payment Methods

Click on Billing & Shipping Addresses to update your billing details.
