How to Update Payment and Billing Information

You can easily update your payment and billing information anytime through the Customer Portal on our website.

In the Subscription tab of the Customer Portal, you can find out everything you need about your subscription. Here, you can edit your billing and payment information, as well as your subscription.

To change your payment information: 

1. Go to our website, Memtime.com.
2. Log into your Customer Portal.
3. Navigate to the Subscription tab in the menu on the left. 
4. Click on "Edit payment information".
5. A window will pop up will allow you to add different payment information. 

To change your billing information: 

1. Go to our website, Memtime.com.
2. Log into your Customer Portal.
3. Navigate to the Subscription tab in the menu on the left. 
4. Click on "Edit billing address".
5. A window will pop up will allow you to change your billing address and other information, such as the name or the billing e-mail.
