How to Update Payment and Billing Information
You can easily update your payment and billing information anytime through the Customer Portal on our website.
To update your payment information, you can follow these steps:
- Visit our website, or just log in to the Customer Portal at: memtime.com/portal
- Navigate to the subscription tab in the menu on the left.
- Click "Edit payment information" to change your payment method or "Edit billing address" to update your billing address.
