If you're starting with Moco in Memtime or have already authenticated but still see the authentication prompt with no imported data, the API key in Moco might not be activated yet. #### Step 1: Activate the API Key **Administrator Rights Required:** Only an administrator of the Moco account can activate the API key. This option will not be visible to users without administrator rights. **Steps for the Administrator to Activate the API Key** 1.
