Why Do I Need to Authenticate Again?
If you have already authenticated with Moco in Memtime but are still being prompted to authenticate and no entities are being imported, the API key in Moco might not be activated yet.
Activating the API Key
- Administrator Rights Required
Only an administrator of the Moco account can activate the API key. This option will not be visible to users without administrator rights. - Steps for the Administrator to Activate the API Key:
- In Moco, go to:
Settings → Extensions → API & Webhooks → Personal API Key Settings - The administrator will see an option to activate the API key.
After Activation
Once the administrator has activated the API key, you should be able to authenticate successfully with Moco in Memtime, and all entities will be imported correctly.
