In case some of your services from Productive are still not visible in Memtime, you might have to adjust a few settings directly in Productive. You can check if this is the case with this article: Service from Productive is missing in Memtime.
2. Switch to the Time Tracking tab and create a time entry by clicking and dragging in the Time Entries column.
In the Time Entry window, you’ll now see Productive available as a Connected App.
3. Go to your Productive account and the tab Time. You’ll see that time entries from Memtime are automatically synced.
Automatic Synchronization: Memtime automatically exports time entries created in Memtime to Productive. Similarly, any time entries created directly in Productive are exported to Memtime by default.
