[👥 Customer Portal](https://knowledgebase.memtime.com/en/customer-portal?hsLang=en) # How to increase or reduce your licenses ## You can increase or reduce your licenses at any time in your Customer Portal on our webpage ### To increase or reduce your Memtime licenses, do the following: 1. Go to our website, and log into the Customer Portal: [https://portal.memtime.com/login](https://portal.memtime.com/login) 2. Navigate to the "User Management" tab in the menu on the left. 3. Next to "Add Licensees" or "Cancel Licenses", type in the number of licenses you would like to add or cancel. 4. Click on "Add", or "Cancel". ![](https://knowledgebase.memtime.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Feb-10-2026-02-33-00-4796-PM.png?width=649&height=258&name=image-png-Feb-10-2026-02-33-00-4796-PM.png) In case you add new licenses, a window will pop up showcasing the exact pro rata price for adding the licenses in your current subscription period. If you click on "Ok"  you will be automatically charged for the amount shown on screen and the new licenses will be added to your account. If you have credits on your account, they will be automatically applied. On the other hand, if you cancel licenses, another window will pop up asking you to confirm the action.  You will receive the credits corresponding to the cancelled licenses automatically, which you can use for future subscription renewals or if you want to add more licenses.
