How to increase your licenses

You can increase your licenses at any time in your customer portal on our webpage

To increase your Memtime licenses do the following:

1. Go to our website Memtime.com.
2. Log in to your customer portal.
3. Navigate to the "Licenses and Users" tab in the menu on the left. 
4. Next to "Add Licensees" type in the number of licenses you would like to add.
5. Click on "Add".

A window will pop up showcasing the exact pro rata price for adding the licenses in your current subscription period. If you click on "ok"  you will be charged for the amount shown on screen and the new licenses will be added to your account.
