Since the redesign of Outlook, Microsoft Office 2021 has been pushing mandatory updates for all macOS users (version 10.14 and later), as well as Windows users.
Due to metadata limitations on Microsoft's end, Memtime can no longer track Outlook activities with as many details as before. In most cases, Memtime will now track these activities only as Outlook folders rather than specific emails.
Specifically, in the case of Mac devices, this change is because the new Outlook application lacks AppleScript support while the new changes for Windows also caused the new Outlook app to miss an important feature.
Microsoft is currently developing a solution to enable AppleScript support in the new Outlook application, with an estimated release date of December 2024. Once this update is available, we will be able to track all details of Outlook activities on Mac again, and we hope the equivalent solution for Windows users is coming soon too.
In the meantime, affected users can switch back to Legacy Outlook to view detailed activity tracking.

Some versions of the new Outlook feature a convenient toggle button located next to the email search field. Simply click on this button to switch back to the classic Outlook interface.
