The Memtime app needs to access certain (sub)domains to make sure it is working properly. If access to those domains is blocked, you might not be able to use all features or the app at all.
To allow access to certain domains, you or your system administrator need to allow access to the following domains. The simplest approach is to allow access to Memtime.com in its entirety by adding:
*.memtime.com.
If you prefer to individually allow access to each subdomain, please make sure to include the following domains:
- For some of our Connected Apps, we require access to the Connected Apps Service (CAS):
cas.memtime.com - To authenticate and log in, please allow access to:
login.memtime.com - In order to access the Knowledge Base from the app, please allow access to:
knowledgebase.memtime.com
We might add new subdomains in the future for new features.
Therefore we recommend using *.memtime.com.
