How to add multiple calendars

Memtime allows you to add multiple calendar instances, as well as to see events from different calendars.

After successfully connecting Memtime to your calendar, you have the flexibility to select which calendar events you would like to display in the Time-Tracking tab. To find these settings, simply follow these steps:

1. Click on the menu icon located in the top right corner and choose "Connected Apps".


2. In the sidebar, locate and select the Connected App associated with your calendar.

Once you select your calendar, you can easily decide which calendars you want to display in Memtime:






After making any changes, Memtime saves the settings automatically. These steps will work for all calendar integrations in Memtime the same.

Authenticating with multiple calendar instances

Memtime also allows you to authenticate with multiple calendar instances or multiple accounts.

To do this, simply follow these steps:

1. Go to your Connected App settings and click on the plus symbol next your calendar's Connected app:

2. After Memtime adds another instance to the Connected App of your calendar, you can select it on the left, and click on the "Authenticate" button.


3. Once you've authenticated with your other account too, both of your accounts will be visible in the settings, and you should be able to see all calendar events in Memtime now.


That's it! Memtime will now display all of your calendar events, while tracking your activities automatically for you.
